We are seeking an experienced, motivated and collaborative leader for the position of
Chief Financial Officer
The CFO is a member of our Management Team and reports to the CEO. The CFO will be a key contributor to the overall profitability and growth of the organization. Succesful candidates are expected to have a very high level of financial and analytical ability and have a proven track record of strategic financial thinking and execution of sound risk management practices.
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 10 years of financial management and business development experience and a solid understanding of financial planning, budgeting and forecasting. Experience in corporate governance and financial reporting in publicly listed companies or an equivalent knowledge of IFRS is required. Experience in investment banking is an asset.
The candidate is expected to have a demonstrated experience, with the ability to create new business opportunities and produce high-quality results independently.
The role requires ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and excellent organizational, communication and leadership skills. The candidate is expected to have experience in giving public presentations to different stakeholders as a company reprensentative.
